Do I need finished artwork to request a quote?
No. Artwork is optional for a quick quote. Upload what you have or explain what you need and The Hat Guy will follow up.
What are the minimum orders?
Domestic stocked hats start at 24 pieces and overseas fully custom hats start at 144. Decoration minimums are shown when selected.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the hat, decoration, quantity and proof approval. Add your required date and The Hat Guy will confirm the realistic production timeline.
When do I pay?
Payment is requested only after your specifications and finalized quote are approved. Your private status page will display the secure Stripe payment link.
Can I mix hat colours?
Yes. Add multiple colourway lines and quantities. The combined total must meet the selected order and decoration minimums.
